The Verona Ridge HOA dues for 2026 are $583.17. We offer two convenient options to pay your dues. The payment options are via Check or Money Order, or via the Owner Portal.
When paying via check, whether personal or through your bank’s online bill pay option, please make all checks payable to the Association (not Westward360) and include your account number which can be found under the Payments Tab in the Owner Portal. You may call 630-748-8310 to obtain your individual account number.
Mail a check or money order with amount listed on your invoice to the address below. Please do not mail cash. Your property address or account number must be listed somewhere on your check. Make checks payable to the Estate Homes of Verona Ridge HOA.
